The Power Of Prayer

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

No Worries

A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Soldiers In The Army

As soldiers in God Army we some times get discouraged and lost in the hustle and bustle of life. Here is a verse that always encourages me when I'm down

"Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ."

The Gospel Commission

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

-Mathew 28: 18-20

Peter's Newly Found Revival

The saying is true " You don't realize your need for someone/something till its gone." Peter was one of Christ disciples who fallowed him and was engrossed around God holiness. The day came when Christ was to be captured and tried by the Sanhedrin and his disciples were with him,one of them was Peter. Now Christ told Peter that before the night ended he would deny him three times. Later on in the night it became evident that Peter surely denied Christ. Christ was taken from the disciples, no longer could the be enveloped in his holiness. By this time it hit Peter that Christ was gone, he would no longer be able to walk and talk with him in person as he once did. Christ's guilty servant ran back to Gethsemane, where Christ prayed to his father. He found the very spot where Christ sweat of blood lied on the ground below. Although Peter once walked with Christ he took him for granted. He didn't truly understand his constant need of Christ until he was taken from him. That night Peter had the greatest revival he had ever had. This revival changed his life for ever.

Something Amazing

This week I was able to go home for a few days and today I just found out that God answered my prayers.
My mom has been having some trouble with finances and to make a long story short I prayed that God would give her a supernatural experience. It happened my mom was able to buy me a new pair of glasses and fix her car with the money God gave her.It was just one of those God experience.

God is listening and is always caring for our needs.

Cleansing Of The Heart

It all happened yesterday during my devotions, I was reading Revelation 3:20 and trying to link it to my everyday life. Revelation 3: 20 says "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Where I attend school before you leave to go to breakfast you have to make sure you clean your room and while i was doing that it hit me.

Now hear me out.

God is knocking on the door to our hearts day and night. He is pleading for us to open the door, but God will never beak down the door and enter. He never forces himself upon us. But when you do let him in, just like my room, he cleans out our hearts. Our hearts may be filled with sin and hatred and it may be stinky and filthy but God is always willing to clean it, if we would just let him come in.
